What can I be with a textile design degree? With a textile design degree I could be many things. jobs that directly relate to a textile design degree would be: Clothing/textile technologist, Colour technologist, Interior and spatial designer, Fashion designer, Textile designer as well as more. Jobs where a textile degree would be useful include: conservator, Further education teacher, Graphic designer, Higher education lecture, Printmaker, Product designer, Retail buyer, Secondary school teacher, Stylist, Visual merchandiser as well as many more. After this year in my course, to be able to achieve what I want to I would need to do the second year in Fashion and Textiles course and complete it to a high standard. After that I would need to do a final year in University of my choice, as long as I get the desired grades, to complete my degree. After I complete my degree I would like to apply to a company that would use print and textiles together in work.
