Final Design

We designed are garment so that it would have a lot of shape and curves in it. The arms and body are very rounded, with the straight flared out trousers. When we looked at the design we decided we would use the pattern of the hands not only as a print, but as actually hands that came across the body and moved in different ways. This gave the garment an added effect, like the hands on the hands were spreading across the body just like an addiction can spread across all aspects of your life. Being able to move the hands to different parts of the body represented that the different people in your life can have changing roles through your addiction and some people might not be the same after it.
